"Passing through for one night, we had early check in. We booked the VIP suite and it was great, free water, fruit and sweets left out for us and the mini bar was stocked with non alcoholic drinks. They made up a sofa bed for my son and I had the seperate bedroom. Shower was fine and the living area was fantastic, TV received all foreign channels in all languages. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and place was very clean. The breakfast was fine for us, cereals, toast, sweet things and coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help us. The price for what we had was very cheap when compared to the UK An added extra was the toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, cotton buds, shower caps, they thought of everything"
"We booked this as it's close to the airport and we had an early flight, literally a five minute drive from the airport. Not an issue for us but there's not a lot within walking distance, but taxis are so cheap in sarajevo you can get anywhere very cheaply and there's the tram."
