"I loved the deck around the cabin and being able to sit out in the treetops, enjoying all the hummingbirds, iguanas, and flowers and fruit everywhere I looked. The kitchen was well equipped, and I was able to make myself several meals. There was several small markets within a short walk."

"I was very difficult for me to sleep because of barking dogs, a crowing rooster, and loud music from neighbouring properties. Totally out of control for the owners, but otherwise a superbly maintained property!"

"beautiful super clean apartment ( like impeccably clean!). lots of space to stretch out and settle in. The bed was super comfy. air conditioning worked well. large closet with hangers for all of our clothes. I appreciated all the little essentials in the apartment: Kleenex, full bottle of conditioner/shampoo, a literal stack of towels, coffee with coffee maker and a fully equipped kitchen to support your cooking needs if you should desire. It truly did feel like a home away from home! The location is a little further from the center of town ( about a 20 min walk). you can easily walk 5 mins to the main road and catch a cab. If you are looking for a good resteraunt nearby I recommend Sannys Bar and Grill (about a 9 min walk) our Host was friendly, responsive, and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it 10/10 is that we didn't seem to have any hot water in the shower but other than that everything else was perfect ! I 100% would recommend anyone stay here"

"We had a great stay at Casa Maya in San Ignacio. The apartment is brand new, very clean, and spacious, and the host was very friendly and helpful. It’s about a 20-minute walk to downtown or a quick 3-minute taxi ride for around 10 Belize dollars."
