"The location is good. It is close to restaurants and the town center. They kept turning on the heater all day. We really appreciated it because it was chilly during our stay. They washed and dried our clothes for 2000AMD."

"The smell of cigarettes came from the hallway into our room. The doorknob of the entrance door fell off because the screws were loose. The doorknob of the shower room door had the same problem. Water in the toilet kept running. There seemed to be a problem with the stopper in the water tank."

"The best part of this stay was a lady at a reception - super friendly, always there (even in the middle of the night) ready to help. The room itself was very spacious, consisting of two parts - sleeping and living. Heating worked well and was not done via air-conditioners as in some other places in Yerevan, but rather via usual radiators. Everything was perfectly clean. The location is great - close to the Republic Square, stores, restaurant etc."

The children had so much fun exploring all the spaces designed for them, and there were plenty of activities to keep them happy and entertained. The pool was absolutely amazing — large, clean, and perfect for both play and relaxation. Our kids had the best time swimming and splashing around while we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings.
