"everything was great,,,,, the location is the best thing ... you will reach the main square in 5 minutes (of course walking) many museums nearby that you can visit all walking around. there is a market nearby and a pharmacy downstairs (you can find whatever you need) The owner was so helpful and friendly he suggested keeping the luggage before check-in time enabling us to move around easly. the apartment is well-equipped."

"Die Lage ist ideal. Parkplätze findet man mit etwas Glück in der Nähe, das Parken ist zudem kostenlos. Die Unterkunft hat eine Küche, zwei Zimmer, ein gemütliches Sofa und erweckt auch generell einen sehr einladenden Eindruck. Für eine oder auch mehrere Übernachtungen der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundungen. Die Einrichtung ist ästhetisch, die Verbindung des historischen Gebäudes zur Gesamtkomposition von Gyumri wird deutlich. Das Badezimmer ist super. Die Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp, die Schlüsselübergabe war weitgehend unkompliziert."

Рядом много ресторанов, где можно вкусно поесть, если вы предпочитаете питаться вне дома, а если нет, в квартире есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды дома. Есть холодильник, чайник, микроволновая печь, духовка. Также есть посудомоечная и стиральная машины, утюг и гладильная доска. Дом меблирован и обставлен интересной мебелью. Хозяин сразу же отреагировал, передал ключи и всегда был на связи. Спасибо за тёплый приём, обязательно вернёмся."
