"Nice, compact, and cozy apartments with fresh renovations and new appliances, including air conditioning. A beautiful balcony overlooking the promenade and the sea. Responsive hosts who promptly addressed all our requests. Just a short walk to the beach (a few minutes away), with plenty of cafes and shops right nearby."

"The owners should pay attention to soundproofing in the bedroom. The bedroom window faces the stairwell, where the doors are extremely noisy—their mechanism is faulty, and when they close, there’s a very loud banging sound. I believe this can be fixed simply by calling the building maintenance service. The doors were also squeaking, but I lubricated them. Additionally, the balcony in the stairwell is not shielded from the street by a window frame, so all the noise from the café across from the apartment is clearly audible in the bedroom. A few nights during our stay were very loud, making it impossible to sleep. I think this can also be resolved by sealing the gap between the wall and the bedroom window and possibly installing a second double-glazed unit for better noise insulation. I hope the apartment owners take this into account—then everything will be perfect!"
