"Amazing hosts. Mario was always happy to give me a ride if he was going to or from town, and his mom cooked an amazing dinner for 1200LEK (drink included). The beach just down from the accommodation is really pretty. Very comfortable and clean, with AC and fridge in the room, and amazing view to the sea."

"Incredibly nice and helpful people! Mario offered us many rides to the nearest shop, helped us to find a bus to the airport and also gave us a spare slippers when he saw that ours ripped. Our stay was awesome! The room was nice and clean with a beautiful view. There are a lot of beaches with clean waters nearby to explore. The sea is so near, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves."

"Not many shops and restaurants nearby, as it is a bit far from the city, would be better if we had a car, but Mario was very nice and helped us out."

"The apartment was incredibly clean, and the location couldn't have been better. Mario and his family were amazing and welcoming. The location is perfect, and the nearby beaches were simply stunning. Highly recommend. Gorgeous views from the apartments and a lot of lemon and olive trees."

"Very good balcony with sea view, close proximity to best beaches but going to Valona city is best with car or with bus. Very clean, owners very friendly and helpful, highly recommended! 😊"

"Very old furniture, missing basic amenities and not comfortable. Would not recommend to older people or people with movement difficulties because of the area (rocky, lots of stairs)"

"I have NO words! The kindness started when Mario. picked me up in town and brought me home...then took me to get a scooter....I subsequently cracked my ankle and he and his precious mother have looked after me, BETTER than family!! Their kindness can only be described as surreal!!! Nothing was too muvh! If you want a REAL holiday with family people, Mario's Rooms is the place to book! Well priced, spotlessly clean and neat and hosts like family! I'll be back soon!!!"

"Mario Rooms sind ein absoluter Geheimtipp wenn man den Betonbunkern in Vlora entkommen will. Das Haus ist unmittelbar am Meer gelegen und die Zimmer bieten einen tollen Blick auf,s Meer und die gegenüber liegenden Berge. Mario spricht fließend Deutsch und seine Familie ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Fuer ein paar € mehr kann man in frisch renovierten und brandneu gestalten Zimmern wohnen, alle mit Gemeinschaftsterrasse und Meerblick ."
