"Appartment should have some hangers near entrance for jackets. Also the appartment is located on the ground floor and we could hear everything from the staircase (we were lucky that we had earplugs)."

Our flight was dramatically delayed and we ended up arriving much later than planned, close to midnight, and the man was very kind and stayed in touch and had saved a parking spot for us as promised, and met us very late at night and directed us to the parking and the apartment.
